The Indian Creek High School Marching Band Boosters received a donation from Van's Iron Metal Inc. and the McMillan family toward the purchase of a new, full drum line for the band. Boosters have been holding various fundraisers and accepting donations for the cause. On hand for the checks presentation were, from left, Morgan Linn, Chelsey McMillen, band boosters President Edward Cooley, band director Donald Llewellyn, Van Flesher and Jaimie Flesher. Fundraising efforts include selling $20 chances for an upcoming drawing to win four guns from Powers Defensive Tactics. Tickets can be purchased from any booster member or by e-mailing boostersichsband@gmail.com.
