STEUBENVILLE -- The Public Library of Steubenville and Jefferson County has announced its upcoming activities and events.

Adults: The library and the Jefferson County Chamber of Commerce have partnered for its second Books and Brews program where attendants taste their way through local craft beer, sample a charcuterie board, win prizes for beer trivia and learn all about craft beer.
Tickets are $15 and can be purchased through the chamber's website: http://www.jeffersoncountychamber.com. Tickets can be purchased at the Main Library, as well.
Books on Tap book club will meet at 6:30 p.m. Oct. 29 at the Hightower Brewing Co. Participants will discuss "If You Tell," by Gregg Olsen. To join, call the library for information.
Children: Take your child, ages 2-4, to Tot Time for songs, books and rhymes at 10 a.m. Nov. 2. Registration is required.
