WINTERSVILLE -- The 21st-annual Holiday Splendor Luncheon and Style Show event took place Sunday afternoon at St. Florian Event Center in Wintersville. Presented by the Wintersville Woman's Club, the nonprofit group raised money toward education and various community projects.
President Iris Craig welcomed those in attendance, thanking each of them for assisting in the club's mission to raise money for those in need.
The afternoon consisted of shopping at vendor booths, enjoying a luncheon and taking part in drawings for several door prizes donated by area businesses.
The grand prize was a bracelet and earrings donated by Discovery Jewelers in Wintersville. Owners Chip and Chris Warren have donated to the Holiday Splendor event each year, according to Craig.
