The Wellsburg Chapter Order of the Eastern Star No. 23 hosted A Child's Place CASA to speak about how the organization can help the community. The nonprofit thanked the chapter for donating a variety of bags. Items included luggage-style bags, backpacks, handbags, totes and satchels.
