Toronto American Legion Post 86 Commander Kent Leasure recently presented certificates to two members of the Post. At left, Leasure, left, presented a 50-year Legion membership certificate to Henry Stovall, Army veteran, Vietnam. At right, Leasure presented Ellsworth Graham, a World War II Navy veteran, with a 50-year Legion membership certificate. The Toronto American Legion Post 86 and the community noted its appreciation for their support and dedication to our Post and to all area veterans.
