Surprise celebration

Officials and members of the Weirton Senior Citizens Center celebrated one its longtime member’s 90th birthday. Jack Cassella was surprised with a banner, balloons and cake last week, as those at the center remembered his special day. Cassella was joined by his friend, JoAnn Kerr.
