WEIRTON -- President Kathy McCarrick called the February meeting of Three Score Senior Club to order, after which Bob DiFonzo delivered a prayer.

Following DiFonzo's message, members recited the Pledge of Allegiance and sang, "God Bless America."

Chuck Lucas provided the entertainment following dinner. Lucas sang and played the guitar for those in attendance.

Secretary Barbara Purks read the minutes from the December meeting. The treasurer's report was given by Ed Powell in the absence of Treasurer Brenda Edwards. The report was approved.

The guest for the evening was Beverly Singleton, who joined the Three Score Senior Club. This brought the membership total in attendance to 48.

McCarrick informed the club how Sunshine Chair Winnie Kemp had fallen and at the time of the meeting remained in the hospital.

There was no old or new business to discuss, officials noted. Jim Hare awarded prizes to JoAnn Kerr and Ed Kennedy.

Undo's dinners and Dairy Queen gift cards were won by Marlene Runkle, Linda Kennedy, Mary Ann DiFonzo and McCarrick. The 50/25/25 drawings were won by Josi Elliott and Powell.

McCarrick recited jokes to the group to honor George Pohlman in his absence.

The meeting was adjourned after the benediction was given by DiFonzo. The next meeting is scheduled to take place March 28.
