Members of the Toronto Beautification Committee took time from sprucing up the Fourth Street entrance to the city to promote their ongoing geranium sale. The sale coincides with Mother's Day, officials stated. The group's volunteer members include from left, Mary Beth Robertson, Gail Komar, Ann McGrath and Jay McGraw. The flowers are $4.50 each and available in red, white, dark pink, light pink, salmon and coral. Orders should be placed by May 1 and can be picked up May 11 in the lot across from Valley Converting on North Fourth Street. Proceeds from the sale support efforts by the group to beautify both entrances to the city and other areas. The committee is assisted with the help of Glenn's Grounds Crew.
