The J.E. Foster Funeral Home of Toronto held its annual Color Your Spring art contest, challenging pupils at Toronto Elementary School to draw a picture indicating what spring means to them. The more colorful, the better, officials noted. A winner was named for each grade level, with a grand-prize winner to have his or her work displayed on a billboard at the city's South End. The publicity will be done through the funeral home's sponsorship. This year's winners were, from left, Leah Antill, kindergarten; Con Zeigler, first grade; Adelyn Lucas, second grade; Aydan Alferez, third grade; Aayonna Ruttencutter, fourth grade; and Maria Rush, fifth grade. Ruttencutter was named the grand-prize winner. Joining the pupils was Jay Foster of J.E. Foster Funeral Home.
