Celebrating 93 years

The Torchbearer Omicron Chapter of Beta Sigma Phi celebrated its 93rd year of its founding at the Farm Restaurant in Mount Pleasant. Officers were installed, including from left, front, Kathy McKenna, project manager; and Linda Cole, recording secretary; and back, Sandy Villamagna, corresponding secretary; Ina Chidester, treasurer; Marlene Hamilton, president; Nancy Lonetto, vice president; and Alberta Herrick, extension officer. Llelia Buffone also serves as project manager. During the program, McKenna read the Founder's Day pledge and Herrick presented gifts to members and announced the theme for 2024-25, "Beta Sigma Phi, the Right Place to Be."Cole presented the Valentine queen crown pin to Hamilton. Lonetto presented the past President's Award and announced Woman of the Year title to Herrick. Villamagna reviewed the highlights of 2023-24.
