Culinary arts students at the Jefferson County Joint Vocational School mastered the grill April 17, preparing 160 chickens for students at the school. Preparation was done in conjunction with the school's food services. Instructor Glen Zalenski said he and Food Services Director Lori Yanczura coordinated efforts, with results proving successful.
