Adults: Help us to form a bardic circle to share your family-friendly stories at 6 p.m. June 20. Stories will be limited to five minutes.
Author Gary Williams will visit the library at 6 p.m. June 18 to share with participants information about the hiking trails in Ohio from his book, "Hiking Ohio." The book is a guide to 83 of the most scenic-day hikes in the Buckeye State. From the shores of Lake Erie to the Ohio River, this handy guide will lead you to the best trails. It also features GPS coordinates for every hike in every region, along with phone numbers, websites and easy-to-read maps for every park and trail. This will help anyone be able to navigate a hike and locate landmarks and other points of interest within Ohio.
Children: Love the library at an early age by taking your children to Play and Learn. Children will play with toys that encourage early literacy skills. Parents with children between the ages of birth to 4 years old can attend at 11 a.m. June 20.
Meet Pete the Cat at 11 a.m. June 19. Listen to stories and meet the book character. Seating is limited and on a first-come, first-served basis.
