Rich Delatore, left, was sworn in as president of the Steubenville Rotary Club for the 2024-25 year during the club's annual Changing of the Guard ceremony June 19 at the JeffCo Event Center. Congratulating him is outgoing President Todd Phillipson. The club meets at noon on the first and third Wednesday of each month at the center and at 7:30 a.m. on the second and fourth Tuesday of each month at the Eat 'n Park at the Fort Steuben Mall.
