The Steubenville City Seedlings 4-H Club traveled to Columbus on June 29 to attend the 4-H Cloverbud Engineering Adventure Challenge. Twenty members of the club, known as Cloverbuds, competed against 60 teams at the Nationwide Ohio Farm Bureau 4-H Center. This year's theme was entitled, "Wild Things," and focused on habitats. Teams created structures to reflect five ecosystems, showing off their presentation skills and knowledge of each. The Cloverbuds were recognized for their creativity and interpretation of each natural environment, earning several honors. Among their achievements were, the Thinking Outside of the Box award, Joyful Job award, Outstanding Effort award, Dazzling Design award and the Beautiful Work award.
