Representatives from the Richmond Community Historical Society were on hand at Richmond Village Council's Oct. 21 meeting. Those in attendance presented to village leaders copies of the historical society's history books. Taking part in the presentation were, from left, front, councilmen Mark Rogers and Eric Long; and back, Councilman Buck Banovsky, Mayor Leonard Orwick, Clerk Melody Larkins and Council representatives Chas Miro and Ruth Ann Blackburn. Presentations were made by historical society President Phil Judy and Secretary Sandy Judy to express their appreciation for the village's cooperation in making repairs to the Crew House Museum, which sustained major damage following a vehicle accident which occurred during Labor Day weekend 2023.
