A special club was formed 20 years ago, as certain area residents decided to begin meeting every Saturday and Sunday morning at Tim Horton's in Steubenville. What started out as spending time with one another has turned into what is now known as the Tim Horton's Breakfast Club. Those in the group celebrated their 20-year anniversary during a recent get-together. The residents began patronizing the location when the coffeehouse was first established. Over coffee, they discuss matters such as the local news and current events. The club began testing one another's knowledge, answering scores of trivia questions during each meeting. Members estimate they have answered more than 60,000 questions to date, getting approximately 65 percent of the answers correct. Their motto is, "We are a fountain of useless information." Those in the club thanked manager Bridgette Long for making them feel "at home and welcomed" every weekend. Those taking part in the club officially had sweatshirts and polos made with "Tim Horton's Breakfast Club" sewn onto the apparel, along with their names. Members chose to remember the occasion with a photon that included their server, Tiffany Thomas. Members include, from left, front, Thomas, Iris Bardone, Joyce Nicholson and Kathy Musso; and back, Barry Bardone, Harry Nicholson and Lew Musso.
