WINTERSVILLE — The Upper Ohio Valley Camera Club announced the winners in its March competition, with this month’s theme being Abandoned.

Theme category top finishers were Sue Adey, first place; Barb Momyer, second place; and Jenny Riegler, third place.

Top finishers in the open category were: Dennis Jones, first place; John Hanish, second place; and John Newlin, third place.

Top finishers in the special effects category were: Adey, first place; Sharon Slokan, second place; and Lisa Carte, third place.

The Upper Ohio Valley Camera Club welcomes anyone who has an interest in photography. Participants can use a camera or a cell phone to take photos, officials stated.

Anyone is welcome to attend one of the club’s meetings.

The next scheduled meeting will be held at 7 p.m. April 15 at Two Ridges Presbyterian Church, located at 1085 Canton Road in Wintersville.

Meetings are held on the lower level in the social hall.
