Ohio Department of Natural Resources Officer Stephanie Uber addressed the rules of the water to those in the criminal justice and auto collision programs at the Jefferson County Joint Vocational School March 26. Students heard various lessons and were then tested to obtain a boating license in order to operate personal watercraft, according to school officials.
