KENT — Kent State University conferred degrees to spring graduates during its commencement exercises held May 8-10 and on the Kent Campus May 16. Local students who graduated from the university were announced, along with their degrees.

Youngstown State University

YOUNGSTOWN — Officials at Youngstown State University announced local students named to the President’s and Dean’s lists for the Spring 2025 semester. To be on the President’s List, students must have earned a 4.0 grade-point average. Students who are full-time, undergraduates who earned at least a 3.4 grade-point average and took at least 12 credit hours, were named to the Dean’s List.
