The City of New Cumberland has announced its Yard of the Month winner for August. The winning yard belongs to Bill and Diane Wells, residents who live in the city’s Eden Valley. Mayor Will White presented the Yard of the Month Award, along with a check and the Yard of the Month yard sign, to the couple. The sign will remain in the Wells’ yard until the next winner is selected for the month of September. New Cumberland officials thanked everyone in the community who participated in the contest for keeping the town looking beautiful.
