Peggy Pyle, a social studies teacher at Indian Creek High School, had approximately a dozen students in her senior flex class receive a basic auto maintenance lesson from science teacher Brandon Pendleton. Students learned to fine-tune their skills regarding car care. The lesson exposed students to real-life situations. Participants learned about checking the oil and tire pressure, as well as learning how to fill windshield washer fluid and how to jumpstart a car.
