Jenn Cesta, public relations coordinator for the Public Library of Steubenville and Jefferson County, along with Wintersville Mayor Mike Petrella, spent time with man’s best furry friend, Marley Blackburn, at the Wintersville dog park, located behind the village’s municipal building. Wintersville and the PLSJC teamed for a special StoryWalk at the park throughout October. The book “Love Is My Favorite Thing,” by Emma Chichester, is about a special dog. Its pages are posted on the fence to read with your dog. Once the book is read, bring your pet to the Schiappa Library to receive an edible dog treat.
