KENT — Kent State University has announced the names of those local students who graduated from the school during its Summer 2025 term.
Graduates included Jeffrey Ferl of Carrollton, who received an associate of arts degree in applied technical studies, as well as a bachelor of arts degree in arts and sciences; Kimberly Wilson of Hammondsville, who received a bachelor of science degree in nursing; and Abraham Zane of Mingo Junction, who received an associate of arts degree in applied technical studies.

ADELPHI, Md. — Patrick J. Scott of Steubenville earned an associate of arts degree from the University of Maryland Global Campus during the school’s Summer 2025 term.
Scott was one of 3,800 students worldwide to have earned a degree from the campus, according to university officials.
