Members of Restoration Church in Steubenville and other guests gathered at the Greater Weirton Senior Center Oct. 25 to celebrate the ministerial career of the Rev. Gary C. Lilly, right, who has retired as senior pastor of the church. Lilly has served as pastor of Restoration Church for the last 20 years and has been in the ministry for approximately 55 years. His final official sermon was Oct. 26, with him now holding the position of pastor emeritus. The Rev. Tony Nicosia, left, will now serve as senior pastor.
