The final dance of the season at the Greater Weirton Senior Center will take place from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Thursday. The public is encouraged to attend an evening of slow dancing, line dancing and forming friendships. Entertainment will be provided by the George Kolas Band. Guests are asked to bring a covered dish to share, The main course and drinks will be provided by the center. Dinner will be served at 7 p.m. A 50/50 drawing will be held. The cost for singles is $10 or $15 for couples. Money generated from the event will go toward purchasing a new roof for the center, located at 3425 Main St. in Weirton.
