Members of AHEPA Hancock County Chapter No. 103 made their eighth-annual contribution to Shirley’s Dolls, a faith-based ministry started in 2018 in memory of Shirley Wallace by her four daughters. The organization provides Christmas gifts to as many children as possible, beginning with 50 children and today, helping far more boys and girls throughout the area. Those with the nonprofit stated the gifts are made possible because of “the heartfelt caring of selfless people like the Order of AHEPA, who donate year after year.” The $150 donation brings the group’s total of contributions to Shirley’s Dolls to $800.
