Class of ’59 to meet
STEUBENVILLE — The Steubenville High School Class of ’59 held its monthly luncheon Dec. 10. The group had 12 members in attendance.
Norina Eroshevich provided the blessing prior to the meal.
Deanna and Mike Nodianos provided the monthly birthday cake, which was served following the singing of happy birthday to Mike and other classmates who celebrate a birthday in December.
Well wishes were extended to Carl and Judy Bell, George and Patty Milosevich and Donna Kraska.
The class will hold its next luncheon at 12:30 p.m. Jan. 14 at Froehlich’s Classic Corner, located at 501 Washington St. in Steubenville.

Financial report available
RICHMOND — The village of Richmond has completed its annual financial report for the fiscal year ending Dec. 31.
The report is available for viewing by appointment at the office of the fiscal officer, located in the city building at 37 W. Main St.

Council reschedules meeting
RICHMOND — The village of Richmond has rescheduled its regular council meeting in observance of the Martin Luther King Jr. holiday.
Council will now meet at 7 p.m. Jan. 20 at the city building, located at 37 W. Main Street in Richmond.
