Marge Bedortha, center, a 48-year life member of the Woman’s Club of Steubenville, thanked the management and staff at the Herald-Star for its coverage of the club throughout its 126 years in existence. Bedortha thanked Ross Gallabrese, executive editor of the Herald-Star and The Weirton Daily Times, and Community Editor Julie Stenger for sharing with readers all of the help and work the club has done for the community. Woman’s club members gathered for the final meeting on Monday at the Main Library branch of the Public Library of Steubenville and Jefferson County.
