Members of Williamson Branch, an award-winning family bluegrass band, performed at Leonardo’s Outdoor Stage during First Fridays on Fourth Street in Steubenville. This edition of the monthly street fair carried a tiki theme, and featured a wide variety of entertainment and food and drink options for children and adults. The July 3 edition with celebrate America’s 250th birthday, organizers said, with events also planned for July 4.
