Monday Night Ladies League

HOOKSTOWN, Pa. — The women of the Monday Night Ladies League played the back nine Monday at Ponderosa Golf Course.

Top finishers were Laura Froehlich, first; Neysa McCart, second; and Brenda Hartley, third.

Tammy Koutskey took the prize for long drive of the evening on No. 12, and Erin Ankrum took the prize for closest to the pin on No. 14. McCart had the lowest putts of the evening.

Cadiz Women’s Golf League

CADIZ — The Cadiz Women’s Golf League on June 10 was hosted by Tracy Amos and Melissa Leach.

The Play of the Day was Find the Fairway and the winners were A Fight: Kathy Newburn; B Flight: Brenda Hartley; and C Flight: Patti Stewart.

Putt winners included Kathy Newburn, Kathy Smith and Glenda Sensel. Roberta Cireddu had a birdie and the following had chip-ins: Kathy Smith (3), Kim Oschenbine, Joanne Hardman, Donna Griffin and Jan Shultz.

Town and Country

EAST SPRINGFIELD — The Town and Country Ladies Golf League tallied scores for odd holes only at Spring Hills Golf Club on June 11.

Winners were: A-flight, Jennie Epifano; B-flight, Linda Staffilino; and C-flight, Rose Kaczmarek.

Long drive on No. 3: A-flight, Megan Evans; B-flight, Marilyn Crew; and C-flight, Toni Dondzila.

Long drive on No. 5: A-flight, Evans; and B-flight, Diane Vandine; and C-Flight, Kaczmarek.

Closest to the pin on No. 8: A-flight, Kathy Antinone and Veronica Foldi tied; B-flight, Staffilino; and C-flight, Kaczmarek.

Epifano had a birdie on No. 9 and Kaczmarek had a chip in on No. 3. Kaczmarek also had low putts, with 15.

Cadiz Women’s Golf League

CADIZ — The Cadiz Women’s Golf League had 25 five women competing Wednesday for the Play of the Day, Throw Out Highest Score on Front and Back.

The hostesses were Laura Froehlich and Pat Roper. The winners were A-Flight: Roberta Cireddu; B-Flight: Brenda Hartley; and C-Flight: Pat Roper.

The weekly putt winners were Kathy Newburn, Judy Crawshaw and Pat Roper. Roberta Cireddu had a birdie, and Brenda Hartley, Lauralee Wetzel, Sandy Terek and Kim Ochsenbine had chip-ins.
