Kyrie Martin of Wintersville received the first TNT Medical Hero Award Thursday. Tasha Barker, owner of TNT Medical Training Services LLC, presented the award to him during Thursday’s ribbon cutting at the business, which is located at Suite 4, 875 Main St. in Wintersville. She said Martin, 11, used skills learned in the company’s first class for children to dislodge a quarter that had become stuck in a friend’s throat. His mother, Julia Martin, was on hand for the presentation.
