Hundreds of area residents attended the Level Up for School Back-to-School Rally Thursday at 7 Ranges Entertainment at the Fort Steuben Mall. Students received free school supplies and their families had the chance to meet with community organizations and local vendors. Sienna Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation held drawings for two bicycles. The event was sponsored by 7 Ranges and the Public Library of Steubenville and Jefferson County, which had its bookmobile on hand.
