Two veterans of the Vietnam War were reunited at the Wall That Heals at the Belmont County Fairgrounds when Fort Steuben Chapter member Karen Blanc and her husband, Rich Blanc, found Larry and Cheryl Barnes there. Larry Barnes is the commander of the St. Clairsville American Legion and was instrumental in bringing the patriotic exhibit to the region. In Vietnam, Rich Blanc was in Delta Company and Larry was in Charlie Company. Both units were in the 199th Light Infantry Brigade.
