Arrested: Katherine Thornton, 41, 373 Summit Ave., Steubenville, failure to appear, Thursday.
Shattered: Someone broke a kitchen window to gain access to a residence in the 1100 block of Lincoln Ave., Thursday. Nothing appeared missing, but the owner said the intruder appeared to have spread out prescription pills and crushed them.
Drugs: Callers reported a woman parked at the mall was using drugs in front of young children, Thursday. The woman had left the area before police arrived.
Stuck: Caller reported a vehicle stuck in a ditch behind 350 S. Hollywood Blvd., Thursday. Police said the vehicle was submerged in mud.
Missing: A resident in the 700 block of Market Street told police he thinks two people visiting his home stole a remote control drone while he was out of the room, Thursday.
