Arrested: Nathan T. Reven, 26, 110 Logan Court, Bethany, driving under the influence, Monday.
Arrested: Russell S. Lemasters Jr., 21, Wheeling, driving while license revoked for driving under the influence, speeding, failure to obey traffic control device and fleeing from an officer, Wednesday.
Steubenville police
Arrested: Michelle King, 45, 803 Rosswell Ave., Steubenville, possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to appear, Thursday.
Arrested: Earl Stewart, 64, 109 S. Huron St., Wheeling, failure to appear, Friday.
Struck: A driver stopped in traffic on Sunset Boulevard Thursday told police his vehicle was struck by a gray Dodge Durango, Thursday. The victim told police a white woman in her 20s-30s was operating the vehicle, which left the scene. He said he'd followed her for a few minutes but lost her. A witness also saw the driver leave the scene and followed her, but also lost her trail a few minutes later.
Unhappy: A Ridge Avenue resident who lent his car to a female friend was upset because she refused to return it, Thursday.
Surprised: A Wildon Avenue resident returned home to see a male poke his head out her back door, Thursday. The woman said she noticed a strong odor of burned marijuana in her home, but nothing was missing.
Harassed: A woman in the 1300 block of Oak Grove Avenue told police her ex-boyfriend is threatening her life, Thursday.
Bigots: A man told police he interceded in an attempt by two women to bully a Hispanic woman, Thursday. Police said the man told them the women became "more belligerent and nasty, yelling obscenities and racist jokes" at the woman and attempted to assault her.
Injured: A woman cut her arm on glass when she broke a window and pushed in a screen in an attempt to access a residence in the 1400 block of Sunset Boulevard, Thursday. The man who shared the residence with her the past two years, told police they'd been arguing so he locked her out.
