Arrested: John R. Taylor, 68, 15 Doman St., Wellsburg, driving under the influence and driving while license revoked for DUI, Sept. 9.
Arrested: Roger T. Flati Jr., 37, 653 Main St., Follansbee, warrant for third offense shoplifting, Thursday.
Arrested: Christopher S. Eddy, 30, 813 Fourth St., Brilliant, two counts of possession of a controlled substance, Friday.

Threats: A Toronto area woman said her ex-boyfriend threatened her, Monday. She said they'd gotten into an argument after he snooped in her cell phone and discovered messages she'd sent other men.
Robbed: A homeowner in the Hammondsville area said two ATVs and a trailer were stolen from his property, Tuesday. The man told deputies a heat pump, an electric range on a dolly, a wood burner and wood frames were stored in the trailer.
