Bored senseless: Two individuals who told deputies they were bored Sept. 24 admitted running over signs and doing donuts in a practice field and front lawn at Edison Local High School practice field and the school's front lawn, Wednesday.
Chatty: A man appearing to be under the influence refused to leave private property in Richmond when asked, Monday. When deputies arrived on scene the man was in the parking lot and said he was waiting for a Steubenville business to open. Individuals inside the building said he'd wandered in and tried to engage them in a theological debate, claiming Lucifer "was the light burner" and advising them not to cater to yuppies.
Money trail: A man had a fit, cursing and stomping his feet when employees at a bank in Jefferson County told him he couldn't withdraw $10,000 from an account he didn't have, Tuesday. Bank personnel said the customer had no photo ID, and they couldn't find an account bearing his name or his Social Security number. As he left, they said the man broke a doorstop and damaged the exterior door.
