Arrested: Zachary D. Davidson, 29, 362 Maplewood Drive, Steubenville, failure to appear, Oct. 18.
Arrested: Darlene J. Ebert, 39, McMechen, W.Va., three counts- possession of a controlled substance, Sunday.
Arrested: Brandon Schnelle, 22, 901 Washington Pike, Wellsburg, driving under the influence and leaving an accident with property damage, Saturday.
Arrested: Randy K. Treherne, 43, Apartment 1, 8 Walnut St., Wellsburg, driving while license revoked for driving under the influence and three counts- possession of a controlled substance, Sunday.
Arrested: Patricia D. Willis, 61, 190 Bradys Ridge, Wellsburg, domestic battery, Monday.

Shaky start: A woman driving on state Route 7 had to pull over after the front end of her car began wobbling, Saturday. Three of the five lug nuts on the wheel had been removed and the inner fender well damaged, deputies said, and the victim’s family suspects an individual who had been threatening her with physical harm.
Assault: Two women walking on Commercial Avenue near Parr Avenue in Mingo Junction were assaulted by a third women who pulled alongside them, Saturday. Their 30-year-old attacker grabbed one of the females by the hair and started punching her, and when the other woman tried to pull her away punched her in the face, knocking her to the ground and then kicking her multiple times in the head and stomach, deputies said. At least one of the women wants to pursue charges, they said.
Kicking: A male became “incredibly angry” during a disagreement with his wife along old state Route 7 and started kicking things over, Saturday. The man decided to leave for the night after deputies arrived on scene.
Bickering: The owner of a vehicle his mother’s ex-boyfriend was working on in Mingo Junction was told it’s his to move, but authorities can’t force the other man to put a wheel back on that he’d removed, Friday. The ex-boyfriend said the owner’s mother had agreed to the repairs when he offered to work on it, and when her son decided he wanted it back he said he wanted reimbursed for the parts he’d purchased first. Since he’d spoken to the woman and not the actual owner, deputies told the younger man he could move the car but they couldn’t force the man doing the work to give him the wheel.
Violation: A man asked to spend some time with his son, then refused to return the boy, Sunday. The child was recovered safely by Hocking County sheriff’s deputies, who indicated the man likely will be charged with violating an order of protection.
Arrested: Taria A. Larkins, 28, 1880 Anderson Boulevard, East Liverpool, probation violation, Monday.
Arrested: Mylik Todd Young, 26, 1344 Oregon Ave., Steubenville, probation violation, Monday.
Arrested: Otis Allen Jr., 43, 732 N. Sixth St., Steubenville, failure to appear, Monday.
Cited: Joshua A. Marker, 21, 322 S. Sunset Boulevard, Steubenville, driving under suspension and speeding; Kimberly L. Williams, 38, 1335 Euclid Ave., Steubenville, driving under suspension and misdemeanor possession of marijuana.
Missing: A man who purchased a white Cadillac from a private seller, paying cash, said it was stolen from his driveway in the 400 block of Lincoln Avenue while he was away for about a half hour, Sunday. An unknown amount of cash and his debit and credit cards were in the vehicle, he said.
Arrested: Jamie Small, 42, 1106 Claire Ave., Steubenville, warrant for aggravated menacing, Sunday.
Arrested: Aubri K. McKitrick, 31, 308 Cadiz Road, Wintersville, petit theft, Sunday. McKitrick allegedly tried to leave JCPenney without paying for three pairs of shoes valued at nearly $220.
Arrested: Herman Pinell, 44, 908 Market St., Steubenville, failure to comply and obstruction, Sunday.
Arrested: Brandy Michelle West, 28, 3218 St. Charles Drive, Steubenville, bench warrant for a probation violation, petty theft and a warrant for petty theft, Monday.
Bad driving: A woman parked her car outside a friend’s apartment in the 500 block of S. Fifth St. and when she returned, discovered a driver had sideswiped her vehicle and left the scene, Monday. Police said the vehicle was heavily damaged on the passenger side.
Bad behavior: Callers reported a fight in the Harding parking lot. Upon arrival, police learned the disagreement stemmed from a flag football game and was verbal only. The parties had already dispersed, they said.
Arrested: Antill West, 33, 137 McDowell Ave., Steubenville, failure to appear and obstruction of official business, Monday. Police allege that when they attempted to take West into custody on a warrant, he fled on foot from Fifth Street to Barclay Avenue, then onto Sixth Street, across the railroad tracks to Butte, where he was taken into custody.
Arrested: Amanda Marie Rogers, 33, 2623 Cherry Ave., Steubenville, petit theft, possession of drug abuse instruments and possession of drug abuse paraphernalia. Rogers allegedly had a bag containing a tourniquet, hypodermic needles, a marijuana grinder and burnt crack pipe in her possession when she was taken into custody. She also was cited for misdemeanor possession of marijuana paraphernalia, police said.
