Arrested: Christopher M. Henneberger, 33, 324 Peacock Lane, Follansbee, domestic assault and battery and interfering with a 911 call, Friday.

Arrested: Jeremy C. Lowe, 47, Apartment 5, 180 Manor Drive, Wellsburg, driving under the influence, Saturday.

Arrested: Christopher L. Vannarsdall, 42, 109 Roxanne Lane, Follansbee, domestic assault, Tuesday.

Steubenville police:

Crash: Police responded to a crash on state Route 7 at University Boulevard, Monday. According to the report, one vehicle was turning onto Route 7 from University and was struck by a vehicle traveling on Route 7. The officer observed one of the vehicles to have “heavy damage” and the other to have “disabling damage.” Nether driver needed medical attention. Harry Monley III, 46, 2415 Pennsylvania Ave., Weirton, was cited for failure to control.

Hit-skip: A driver said they were turning onto Ross Street from North Webster Alley and were struck by a cargo van, Monday. The driver said when they exited their vehicle, the cargo van fled the scene.

Surrender: Devin Evans, 21, Henry Ave, turned himself into police for a failure to appear bench warrant, Monday.

Found: A resident of the 1200 block of Oak Grove Avenue reported their spouse found a bullet, Monday. According to the report, the slug was found along the roadway. The officer said the bullet appeared to be a fired 9mm round that was still in tact.

Hit-skip: A man reported his vehicle had been struck while parked along Pennsylvania Avenue, Monday. According to the report, an officer observed the vehicle to have scuffs and damage to the driver side door.

Body: Police performed a welfare check on the 600 block of Lover’s Lane, Monday. The reported noted there was a dead body involved with the scene.

Domestic: An officer responded to a disturbance on the 1400 block of State Street, Monday. According to the report, a woman at the residence said a man who had been drinking would not stop arguing with her but nothing physical had occurred. The man told the officer they had been arguing but nothing physical occurred. The officer observed the man to be drinking an alcoholic beverage while speaking with him, the report said.

The officer advised them to stay away from each other. The officer later responded to another disturbance at the residence, this time the woman said the man had left before the officer arrived. According to the report, she told the officer the man had began to argue with her again and, while nothing physical had occurred, she was afraid it would if he came back. The woman signed a domestic violence form, the report said. Another officer spotted the vehicle the man was driving and observed it to drive on the double yellow line on Pittsburgh Street. The officer stopped the vehicle and during a voluntary field sobriety test, the man displayed “all six clues of impairment.” The man was transported to the station and administered a test by an Ohio State Highway Patrol officer, registering a .177. William T. Neal III, 40, 1410 State St., was arrested for domestic violence and cited for operating a vehicle under the influence and a marked lanes violation.

Arrested: Brett Cork, 32, 458 S. Fifth St., was arrested for a bench warrant for failure to appear, Monday.

Cited: Devon L. West, 34, 317 S. Seventh St., driving under suspension, Monday.

Arrested: Anthony A. Smith, 28, 407 Clinton Ave., Steubenville, menacing, Saturday.

Arrested: Christine Ward, 30, 3742 Shannon Road, Cleveland, falsification, Saturday.

Arrested: Taylor Mills, 22, no fixed address, criminal mischief, criminal damaging, assault, Saturday.

Arrested: Jeff DeLucas, 63, 45511 Old Hopedale Road, Cadiz, failure to appear, assault, Sunday.
