Influential: A woman who appeared to be under the influence was reported in front of the bank in Adena, Monday. Deputies said when they arrived on scene the woman had left the bank on foot, but they found her laying on the sidewalk near a former bar. They said she appeared intoxicated but denied using drugs or being assaulted, even though her neck and face were red. The woman, who was shoeless, was confused about where she’d been but told them she just needed to get home. She repeatedly refused medical assistance, so deputies took her to her home.
