Best friends: Sabrina Lovett, 18, 325 Logan Ave., domestic violence, assault, April 8. Alexandra Vaca, 21, 325 Logan Ave., domestic violence, assault, endangering children, April 8. Police responded to 325 Logan Ave. April 6 for a domestic dispute. Lovett said she moved to the residence from Florida to start a new life and has been staying with Vaca, her best friend, but the two had not been getting along since the move. Lovett claimed a verbal argument that morning had resulted in Vaca, who was holding her 1-year-old son, allegedly hitting Lovett before pulling her down by her hair. Lovett said she began to hit Vaca back and may have hit her son in the process. Police observed a small abrasion on her nose. Vaca claimed that Lovett had lunged at her while the two were arguing. Lovett allegedly lunged again and may have hit Vaca’s son. Vaca claimed that, to protect her son, she hit Lovett in the nose and began to pull her hair, then Lovett allegedly began hitting Vaca and her son as well. Police observed redness and bruising on Vaca’s right chest area and left shoulder area, as well as an abrasion on her left knee.
Stop light: Travis Lyn Bush, 33, 224 Boden Ave., Apt. 2, Carnegie, Pa., traffic control devices, expired plates, April 11.
T-bone: Aiden McMahon, 17, 1416 state Route 646, Richmond, operation of vehicle at stop signs, April 13. McMahon, who was driving his mother’s vehicle, allegedly ran a stop sign on Hallock Avenue and ran into the side of another individual’s vehicle.
Collision: Pamela Edwards, 61, 142 Sycamore St., failure to control, Thursday. Edwards’ vehicle allegedly ran into the side of a UPS truck after Edwards drove forward from a stop sign but did not see the truck.
