Brooke County Sheriff Charged: Samuel M. Fink, 21, 51 Pinto Lane, Colliers, domestic battery, Monday. Steubenville Police Missing merchandise: A vendor at a craft show in the North Street area said she was missing $66 in merchandise, Monday. She said when the event was over she left her merchandise in the building with the understanding she could pick it up the next day but when she contacted the person in charge she was told they “were unavailable to let her in.” When she finally regained her merchandise, she noticed some jewelry was missing.
