Police Beat Steubenville Waffling: Someone reported a disturbance in the mall parking lot “involving a firearm” Sunday, but the individuals involved told police no one had a gun. A female said four male juveniles who had accompanied her were in her car waiting for her and when she got there, “more individuals were banging on her car windows yelling at them.” Police searched the vehicle and did not locate any guns.
