Steubenville Police Making mom proud: An officer stopped at a red light on Sunset Boulevard at DiGregory Avenue said when the light changed, he noticed the car in front didn’t move so another driver hit his horn, Tuesday. The driver of the lead vehicle, a juvenile “placed (his) vehicle in park and exited, approaching (the other driver) in a hostile and aggressive manner.” The juvenile “began screaming obscenities at (the other driver) and giving the driver his ‘middle fingers’,” thereby preventing other vehicles from moving through the intersection.
