Steubenville Police Hear ye: Julie Redd, 42, 714 Broadway Blvd., Steubenville, loud radio. Police allege Redd was warned she was playing her music so loudly she “appeared … to be unable to hear (their) knocks” so they had to “shine their light” through the front door window to get her attention. Steubenville Police Pinky swear: Employees at Wal-Mart reported a woman dressed all in pink with red hair had fled the store without paying for all of the merchandise in her cart, Tuesday.
