Steubenville Police Fraud: A couple reported they had wired more than $50,000 to an alleged investment company, then heard nothing from the company and wished to file a report. They were encouraged to also file a report on the Ohio Attorney General’s website. Wrong way: Police aided a semi-truck that had gotten stuck in the 400 block of South Fifth Street at about 7:30 p.m. Tuesday. The vehicle was turned around without incident.
