Steubenville Police Boys being bad: Three juveniles causing problems in Wal-Mart over the last few weeks were tracked down, Sunday. Employees said they’d asked them to leave and they did, but this time they wanted the kids, all wearing school T-shirts, identified so they could be trespassed from the store. Police located the trio on the other side of the mall and after identifying them, spoke with their parents and advised them of the complaint and that the kids are not permitted in Wal-Mart. Steubenville Police Juveniles in custody: Two juveniles were taken into custody Saturday after they allegedly tried to rob a man in an alley in the 100 block of North Fourth Street, Sunday. The victim told police the two males “got him to go to an alley … and began assaulting him,” punching him in the face several times and demanding he give them his backpack. He said he was “able to get away, and the two involved began running south on Fourth Street. Steubenville Police Recurring problem: A woman was causing a disturbance on 5th Street at Logan Avenue, but left the area before police could get there, Thursday. Later in the day the same woman was at 5th and Washington streets “yelling at vehicles” and police had to tell her to stop. While talking with her police said they noticed an open container of alcohol in her possession and warned her it’s not permitted, and they poured it out. They said she left the scene on foot.
