Steubenville Police Patrons were briefly evacuated from Seven Ranges after three “older teens wearing coats, one (of them also) with a blue ski mask on” caused problems and sprayed fire extinguishers in the business and several mall units. A technician advised he was in a private room working on a video game when the trio “barged into his work space” so he confronted them.
