SOUTH STRABANE, Pa. – The Pennsylvania State Police Troop B Vice Unit and Washington County District Attorney’s Drug Task Force conducted a prostitution sting Friday, arresting several individuals from the Ohio Valley.

Detectives monitored various websites that offered prostitution services and made contact with the women who advertised on these sites. Undercover troopers made arrangements to meet with these women at the motel under the guise of exchanging cash for sex, according to District Attorney Gene Vittone.

Eight people were arrested, including Sheena Maria Gibson, 35, Weirton, prostitution and related offenses; Trista Nannette Owings, 26, Wellsburg, prostitution and related offenses; James Consigliao, no age given, prostitution, promoting prostitution and related offenses; Chelsea Veronica Dallatore, 24, Washington, Pa., prostitution and related offenses and possession of a controlled substance; Tricia Beth Goldreyer, 23, Washington, Pa., prostitution and related offenses; Michele Renne Clark, 28, Washington, Pa., prostitution and related offenses; Chelsea Elaine Whittington, 30, Barnesville, Ohio, prostitution and related offenses; and Kyle Allen Morris, 23, Barnesville, Ohio, prostitution, promoting prostitution and related offenses.
