WesBanco Banking, Insurance and Trust is serving as the food sponsor for this year's Wine and Dine at Williams. The annual event, presented by the Weirton Area Chamber of Commerce and the Business Development Corp. of the Northern Panandle, will be held Sept. 30 at Williams Golf and Country Club, and serves as a fundraiser for the chamber's community Christmas lights.
